As of September 14th, 2006, users from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Thailand will be able to receive funds into their PayPal accounts as well as withdraw them to their local bank accounts. So far, they were only able to use their Paypal accounts for outgoing payments.
The step was already expected for several days, following to a change of certain conditions from Paypal side and previous announcements.
Though for many, this is definitely great news, especially from business point of view (Paypal is most widely used means of payment for online internet businesses), many other countries still have limited access - including Slovak republic, Slovenia, Cyprus, Lithuania and South Africa, to name a few of the more developed ones.
